← Code:Irrational

A living field-guide for
building AI that
understands how
humans actually think.

Why the community is here?

GenAI’s biggest risk isn’t technical failure. It’s human misunderstanding. CODE:Irrational is both a tool and a lens for human-centric teams to train LLMs, improve today’s AI experiences, and rethink how engagement should work. By mapping the messy biases, emotional shortcuts, and trust gaps, we open the conversation about building GenAI products people can truly understand and rely on.

Where we are
…and where you come in?

2024 (22)

v0.1.

22 documented biases showing how human quirks break today’s GenAI flows. (Public—download & cite freely.)

→ Use the lens. Stress-test your roadmap.

2025 (6)

v0.2.

6 emerging “bias mutations” exploring how heavy AI use may rewrite the biases themselves. (Private, work-in-progress.)

→ Private. Build with us. Co-create. Share data, run experiments, critique the framework, shared authorship

Let’s design for
irrationality together.

My Why?

I’m a product designer turned behavioral strategist, focused on the trust layer between model and human.

I created it to reconnect with what matters most – people. Just like my award-winning project Visual Cut brought creatives together a decade ago, this initiative is my way of building new bridges, this time around the messy beauty of how humans actually think in the age of AI.

I believe there’s a 10× value we can unlock when we stop designing for rational users and start designing with bias, emotion, and friction in mind. This is my life mission now – not just to contribute insights, but to meet thoughtful collaborators and spark meaningful conversations.

Inspired by John Maeda, Jon Yablonski, Shaker Rawen, Nomi Ikonomov, I’m building this as a shared language for the future and an invitation to connect, thanks.
